Really good Stay, Minor Issue
hotel architecture detailed attention outdoor pool
I found the hotel architecture ingenious, seamlessly blending into the natural surroundings. The attention to detail is noteworthy. The staff displayed really good service. Every request was handled efficiently and with genuine care. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool. It provided a tranquil setting and contributed significantly to the serene atmosphere.

The room was spacious. It featured comfortable furnishings and ample natural light. the design promoted relaxation. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom included luxury toiletries.

The outdoor pool area had sufficient loungers. A shaded section was also available, perfect for relaxation. The spa provided many treatments. I appreciated the serene atmosphere and the skilled therapists. We loved the spa! The gym featured modern equipment.

The hotel is near rice fields, offering beautiful views. It provides a nothing noisy, away from the bustle. The beach is a short drive away, and it allows easy access to coastal activities, but the view was amazing!

Breakfast had many choices. Fresh and locally sourced ingredients were used. The breakfast menu was extensive. The restaurant has beautiful views of the rice fields. The ambiance is improved with the natural surroundings. I found the setting quite romantic.

underwhelming experience
unhappy staff poor management
The location was close to the beach by car. The pool was big.
The staff did not seem happy. I asked a staff member if they were okay, because they looked unhappy. This seems to stem from management. The staff did not greet me. I felt they were unhappy in their jobs.

absent buggy indifferent service
The pool area was quite nice. The view of the rice fields was acceptable.
i found the service rather indifferent. i had to ask for a buggy upon arrival, but there wasn't one available. housekeeping also knocked multiple times while i was in the room, then didn't return when i asked.
