kind receptionpleasant surprisefresh food
reception was very kind and informative. i got upgraded to a suite it was a pleasant surprise. the room was spacious very clean and it was quiet. the breakfast was great and had plenty of choice and always fresh food.

the hotel is located a bit far from the city center, requiring a 35-40 minute walk

Friendly staff greeted me at reception, and housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. I appreciated their attention to detail. the staff was also helpful in providing directions and information about local attractions.

Breakfast was acceptable.
The gym equipment was broken. I reported the broken rails, but I was told maintenance staff don't work weekends. Two hotel employees looked at them, but they did not fix it . I found that very frustrating.
