clean roomtea service
the rooms were very clean. i found the in-room coffee and tea service quite nice! the metro station nearby was convenient. it made wandering around the city easy.
the air conditioning was tricky to turn off, it took some effort before i could get it quiet.

I found a couple of things disappointing. My room had a view of the parking lot, something I wasn't too happy about. the hotel bar did not allow dogs and I brought mine, impossible for me to enjoy a drink up there. That was too bad.

the atrium room was quite spacious with accessibility features. the bathroom was large and had heated floors. i appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. staff were friendly, and i would definitely stay here again.
the windows faced an interior courtyard, so the only view was into other people's rooms (but it wasn't really a big problem).

The included breakfast offered many choices and the food tasted fresh. I particularly appreciated Chris. He made the welcome so very warm. He arranged with kindness a good stay.
I thought my room was near storage areas and heard doors open and close at late hours. The sounds made me anxious. I thought someone attempted to open my door.

The location was really convenient. I could walk to most places i wanted to see. The breakfast had MANY choices. I also liked that the public areas felt quite comfortable.
The hotel room cleaning was not good. I saw some issues with the cleanliness . No one came to clean the room 2 days in a row. This was not acceptable at a hotel charging such prices.
