Fantastic View and Helpful Staff

the rooms has a comfortable bed. the ladies that greeted me at breakfast were nice. i was celebrating a special occasion and the rooms were upgraded. i found amazing ginger shots every morning at breakfast, and they were great.
the self-serve computers at check-in were not user-friendly, even as a rewards member i had to fill out a lot of information.

the hotel is very close to major transport hubs. public transportation is accessible from the airport. it is also very easy to use tourist buses from just outside.

the room was clean and had a beautiful view from the window. i had a city view from the 8th floor in my standard room. the huge bed had two large soft pillows.

the tv didn't work while i stayed there. i think it is ridiculous you dont have an option to plug in your laptop with an hdmi cable. the water pressure from the sink was terrible.

The room was too hot . The heating system was broken. the room constantly blasted heat , and i couldn't adjust it. also , every time a nearby room door closed , i heard a loud noise. this knocking sound disrupted my sleep and made it hard to relax.

Underwhelming stay. Issues need addressing

The room smelled bad upon arrival. It was quite disappointing. temperature control was a problem. There was no way to adjust the thermostat. i had difficulty. The staff said none of the rooms have temperature control, this was frustrating. breakfast was too crowded, like a theme park.

The room lacked basic temperature control. The thermostat did nothing. i had to request a heater. the internet was also unreliable. It frequently disconnected. these issues. Combined with the breakfast crowds. the towels also had a sourish smell. it was quite off putting.
