useful amenities amazing bathrooms wardrobe cabinets
The hotel had useful amenities. I loved the dining room, the sauna, and the well-equipped gym. our room included a safe, a coffee and tea bar, and a refrigerator. i found the bathrooms amazing, complemented by well-organized wardrobe cabinets.
the surrounding area felt slightly unpleasant in the evenings, a minor drawback to an otherwise lovely stay.

the room was spacious (it was a superior double or twin room) and very clean. i found a good coffee and tea selection in the room. the breakfast was great with fantastic options catering for all dietary requirements. the hotel is close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
prime location amazing manager breakfast variety
I totally enjoyed my stay! The location is seriously awesome, right next to the Metro. This made getting around super easy. Marta and Dani, the guest relations managers ,are amazing. They gave recommendations that helped me plan my trip, thoughtful. The breakfast buffet had lots of options for both food and drinks. I found something new each morning!
The minibar information was not clear at check-in , which caused a little confusion. I learned all minibar drinks were complimentary only at check-out. Perhaps staff could point it out during the check-in process.

The room was spacious , beautifully designed, and very clean. I was impressed with the attention to detail and found everything well kept. It was so lovely to have a comfortable space after long days.

The hotel has a great bar with service and I enjoyed my time there. I spent some time working out in the gym and was happy to find all the equipment in good working order. The breakfast service was really good , too.

The room was spacious and it had parquet flooring. The breakfast offered a very good selection. The hotel is close to the main shopping street and a short walk from the old town. The location was very central. It was near Zeil and Römer with only a 30-minute walk from the train station.
