i had a room with a great view. the breakfast had a lot of options for hot foods. the staff helped store my luggage after i checked out (i needed a few hours).
the hotel is a bit far from the main area, so walking to things isn't really an option. i noticed some stains on the carpet in my room. the shower drain seemed clogged, so the water backed up a little.

i adored the king suite. it provided ample space and comfort for our stay. there was attention to detail with the luxurious amenities provided, and i enjoyed my restful retreat in the beautifully appointed suite.
on one occasion, i waited an unreasonable amount of time for assistance with my luggage upon arrival, it took away a little of my enthusiasm.

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
The room smelled funny, a sort of b. o. stench, and it really dampened the experience. Then there was the issue of the restaurant reservation i'd made, it wasn't recorded, and the staff seemed pretty indifferent when we arrived, i would've thought a simple apology or a complimentary drink could have smoothed things over but no such luck. also, the bath plug didn't work, so a bath was completely out of the question.
