The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a great view from my Premium Double Room View Balcony towards the marina. Breakfast included fresh fruit and good coffee.

i appreciated the staff they were very friendly and helpful at all times i also liked the bed it was very comfortable. the room was a good size i had a good view across the marina and the breakfast was complete with plenty of vegan options. the underground parking provided security and ease of access
the lower quality shower disappointed me it should be changed for better water volume and positioning.

the breakfast was acceptable, offering a decent start to the day.
i was really disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our premium double room view balcony. there were some stains on the carpet, and the bathroom didn't seem properly cleaned. the shower pressure was also very low, it made it difficult to have a proper shower.

The location was good it was close to things I wanted to see.
The room was not properly cleaned there was dust on surfaces and the bathroom floor seemed to have not been mopped I found this unacceptable for the price I paid.
