amazing stay with unbelievable harbor views
attentive staffsafe luggage storagehelpful receptionenjoyable visit
the reception staff were really helpful when i asked about the church bells (i learned a fun fact!). the breakfast staff were super attentive each morning. the hotel stored our luggage safely after checkout. we will definitely return for another visit.
the air conditioning in the gym could have been a bit stronger, but it was still usable.

the hotel is perfectly situated, offering easy access to portofino and nearby spots. many restaurants and shops are within a short walk. the waterfront is just outside the door, which i loved.

the hotel includes an air-conditioned gym (it's small but practical). i noticed a rooftop terrace too, where i could relax. the breakfast buffet was in a bright dining area.
