I enjoyed my stay so much! The room was upgraded to a gorgeous suite with the best bed. The location was fantastic with a short walk for great tapas and sightseeing. The valet was helpful, friendly, and multilingual. I appreciated that parking is available (this really helped!).
The hotel felt slightly outdated, but that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of my stay.

the concierge staff were helpful. they knew a lot about the history and region. the location is convenient with restaurants and shops nearby. the surroundings were clean and safe.
the lobby carpet was filthy. i reported the refrigerator was not working but no one came. lighting in the hotel and rooms was dim. there was no ice machine available.

the staff was helpful upon arrival. someone assisted with luggage and moved my car to the hotel car park. the room was spacious and also it was clean. checkout had a smooth process with my car returned quickly.
during check-in, i learned the restaurant and bar would be closed for my stay. i received no price reduction due to this service removal. i found no place for evening relaxation.
