smooth sailing AT this hotel

convenient locationfantastic servicelong waitimmense kindness

the service was fantastic, mostly by the women at reception. our car broke down, so we had a LONG wait for a tow truck. fortunately, the hotel allowed us to stay until 8:00 PM. this kindness from the staff allowed us to calmly handle EVERYTHING.

the rooms are smaller than i expect, and the bathroom has just a bathtub. THERE isn't a standalone shower. also, the closet space is quite limited, something to consider for longer stays.

the reception staff offered attentive service and were helpful with directions. the team also offered luggage storage BEFORE check-in and after check-out, A GREAT help for travellers with early or late flights. they provided quick responses to requests.

The hotel's proximity to transportation hubs was convenient. Soundproofing was excellent, effectively blocking noise from the nearby road and railway. I appreciated the variety of pillow options available for customized comfort.

I did notice that I was not reminded about the welcome bar upon arrival.

I found the staff to be polite. The food was AMAZING!!! The hotel provided everything I needed, including the added bonus of on-site parking. I was charmed.

I noticed the gym facility lacked several items when compared to other hotels in the same category.

The hotel staff were always ready and happy to help. The hotel location is close to the train station and the historic center. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection. I also found inside parking very convenient.

I found the room curtains really dirty , which detracted from the otherwise clean room.

The gym was lacking equipment compared to similar hotels. One morning, I asked for toilet paper and towels, as I opted out of cleaning, and it reminded me of I had to beg for them. The receptionist displayed an unprofessional attitude.
