excellent option nice decoration clean room shower leak busy saturdays noise level
the breakfast was amazing with excellent options. i ordered eggs benedict and they were excellent. the room had nice decoration and it was very clean.
the bathroom and shower leaked in our room, irritating. there were not a lot of seats to choose from as the hotel is very busy on saturdays. it was particularly noisy.

awesome design perfect furnishings lovely courtyard friendly staff
The design and furnishings were awesome. Our room fulfilled every need. The courtyard and gardens were great places to spend time. All staff members were friendly and courteous.
The bar service was a LITTLE slow one evening.

efficient staff good food convenient amenities
the room was comfortable and warm , i found the grill dining room staff very efficient. the food there was of a very good standard. i especially liked the fridge brought for storing dog food and the fan inside the wardrobe.
the butter served at breakfast was unsalted , and i found that black pudding was unpleasantly hard.

the hotel has a lovely spa with a facial service available , which i found amazing. robes are provided in the rooms. the hotel also provides dog food and sausages for breakfast, a nice touch for pet owners.

I enjoyed excellent services! The room provided ample space and facilities. A very large bed ensured a good night's rest. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A great room indeed!
I encountered minor inconveniences. The gym equipment proved limited. I found only two treadmills and one stationary bike. I wanted more options!

the grill dining room offered efficient service and a good food standard. i found the room very comfortable and warm. i appreciated the staff who were amazing, friendly, and professional, they bent over backwards to ensure i was taken care of.
