The hotel had great event capacities. I found it very suitable. The staff was lovely and helpful. I greatly appreciated their service. My room had soft lighting options, and I liked the free drink for room service exchange. I was happy with my stay at this hotel.
The hostess wanted to charge extra for early check-in when I only wanted to drop off luggage in the locker. Breakfast was pricey. There was no water in the bedroom. it was costly at reception.

The hotel is accessible via public transport, and it is possible to walk to the city centre. A tram stop is located just outside the hotel, which I found very convenient. I could easily explore the city.
