The location is excellent for exploring. It is a short walk to the castle and many restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were cute and helpful .
The room faced the main street. The windows did not close properly so it was noisy. I experienced traffic noise day and night. I found it difficult to sleep well because of the noise.

the receptionist seemed to be learning on the job. also, breakfast was this weird buffet thing. i saw at least two kids stick their hands directly into the cereal dispensers. good.

check in was very smooth. the room contained comfortable bed and i liked location of the hotel. breakfast provided many options and all was delicious. i appreciate that the staff was friendly and helpful .
hallways appear dark, a minor inconvenience.

breakfast featured a good selection, including hot food choices. i especially liked the pancakes made to order, very tasty. the hotel bar provides fair prices and stays open until midnight.

the room had reasonably spacious layout with nice view. big fluffy towels were available. heating was adequate and lighting worked well. biscuits and milk were replaced regularly.

i found the breakfast selection quite good. there were many options to choose from. the location is definitely convenient for getting around. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
the room was a bit cold due to drafts from the windows. i also noticed some mold in the shower, it was rather unpleasant. the gym being next to my room was a bit disruptive due to the noise of weights.
