Solid Stay on Rembrandt Square

My upgraded room was a good size for the city. The bed was particularly comfortable. I found that the room was quiet, despite the central location. The staff was helpful and readily available. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to many sights. The room was cleaned daily. I appreciate the recent modernization of the rooms. The tram stops nearby offered easy access to more distant areas. The breakfast was very nice with great options. Water pressure and temperature were excellent. The staff was also friendly and helpful, offering advice about Christmas markets and managing my postcards. Check-in was quick and efficient. Parking arrangements where easily accommodated. I valued the hotel's proximity to many attractions and restaurants. The location allowed easy exploration of the canals.
The lobby was dimly lit, and some of the decor seemed a little dated.

This hotel offers superb centrality, it is near all the sights, most are within easy walking distance for most. Rembrandt Square location means travel around the city is easy. Many restaurants and bars surround the square.

The room was a surprisingly large space and very clean. My room was recently modernized, it appears crisp and bright. The bathroom size feels appropriate for city accommodations. I had a room without a view and it was very quiet.

The location was superb to all the sights. Most where within a walkable distance for me. My room got cleaned everyday, even on Christmas day. I appreciate the wonderful stay.
Check-in was very long. I had to do it twice, a waste of time. I also get bad information about the city. The hotel was very, very noisy.

The hotel's location proved convenient for city exploration. Tram stops were easily accessible. The staff was helpful and efficient, especially with luggage storage (which I appreciated).
My room was quite small. The air conditioning seemed to only work for cooling. The temperature was either too hot or too cold sometimes. The keycard stopped working once. I had to go to reception to reactivate it.

the hotel is well located near rembrandtplein. tram access is very convenient from just outside the entrance. check-in was efficient. reception staff were helpful with directions.

the hotel is centrally located so it was perfect to visit attractions. the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff were helpful and friendly. the location is very lively with lots of energy.
the room was dusty and needed more lighting. the smart tv did not work. the hotel should offer slippers in the room because the floor is cold.

the front desk staff were helpful.
the room was very small, even for a standard room i paid for. the toilet was also cramped, with barely enough space to use it. for the price i paid, i expected more comfort and better service. there was only one person working at the bar which slowed everything down considerably.

This hotel boasts a prime location close to many bars and restaurants! It is also close enough for walking around main shops and museums. I found the room to be very clean and accommodating, which definitely enhanced my stay.
The air conditioning seemed to function only for cooling. There was no heating option indicated on the wall. Consequently, the room temperature fluctuated a lot. the late check-out request resulted in just one extra hour.
