the staff were very friendly. they accommodated my early arrival. they also stored my bags when i had a late departure. the location was great and met my needs.
the bathroom shower floor was not clean. the room itself was tiny. the bathroom barely provided enough space to turn around.

the staff were very friendly! i found the location excellent along the canal. the neighborhood was also very vibrant. the view over the canal was also great!
The room was so small! it was difficult to get to the other side of the bed. The room was on the 5th floor. the spiral staircase was narrow and steep!

the hotel's canal side location was lovely i enjoyed a pretty view it was also conveniently close to central station and the anne frank house a pastry shop offered delicious coffee nearby i also appreciated how very comfy and tidy the room was

the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to many attractions.
the room was quite small. there was barely any space to move around, and it felt cramped with our luggage. the stairs inside the hotel were also narrow and steep.
