helpful staff spacious room nearby station comfortable bed
the staff was helpful with directions. the room was spacious and bright. a tram station was nearby (it's just a short walk). the bed was comfortable with good pillows.
the room lacked air conditioning, so i had to keep the window open.

a balanced stay experience
convenient location helpful staff self service bar lacked privacy excessive noise outdated decor
the location proved convenient for museum visits. i found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations. the self service bar downstairs was a nice addition, i could grab drinks when needed.
my room faced the main walkway, it lacked privacy. the open window let in a lot of noise. the room decor felt a bit old and needed updating.

fantastic stay!
prime location helpful staff museum access
The location was superb! it allowed quick access to the rijksmuseum and the van gogh museum. nearby shops and restaurants added extra convenience to my stay. the staff were pretty good. They addressed every question and created a very cute atmosphere.
the lack of an elevator made carrying luggage up the stairs a bit challenging.

the breakfast had many delicious options. i enjoyed the pancakes, amazing!!! a small snack and bar area in the basement allowed guests to record what they took.

the hotel is near tram and bus stops, including the airport bus stop. the three big museums and concertgebouw were within a short walk. a convenience store and supermarket were only a few minutes away.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they looked quickly when i needed assistance. lara deserves special mention, as she assisted me wonderfully and enhanced my visit with thoughtful suggestions and support.

the hotel is situated in a very quiet area, close to museums. it is a few minutes from the concertgebouw. the neighborhood is calm at night and on weekends, assuring peaceful rest.

mixed feelings about this stay
smelly room high pricing
The breakfast was delicious. Fresh berries and excellent pancakes were available.
Our room was not pleasant. It was quite smelly. i am convinced that other rooms are nicer, but the pricing for the economy room is too high! i do not recommend these basement rooms.

the breakfast offered fresh fruit and juices. i found premium coffee available, also eggs, bacon, and fresh breads. i particularly enjoyed the pancakes..
