I found the staff helpful. Kim were really nice too assist with directions. She also helped with recommendations. The heated towel rack in the bathroom WAS a treat. The entire hotel felt very clean and well kept.
The lobby was quite small, I noticed. Accessing it with luggage proved a bit challenging due to the presence of stairs at the entrance.

The staff provided really good support with inquiries. They offered helpful directions. They gave useful recommendations. They readily assisted with luggage storage, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

the LOCATION was excellent. it was a short distance to many points of interest. the staff helped with directions. i liked the option for breakfast in the bar area. the bar area itself was lovely.
the internet signal was a bit weak on my floor, HARD to work.
