helpful staff spotlessly clean room delicious breakfast corridor stuff lukewarm water
The staff was so kind and helpful. They provided great directions. I received numerous emails before arriving with useful information about getting to the location. The room was spotlessly clean. It made relaxing easy after a long day. I loved the daily breakfast. It had a delicious variety of options.
It was VERY loud. A lot of stuff had been left out on the corridors. I think they should make guests aware of this on arrival. The water was not hot at all. It was just lukewarm.

Charming Canalside Boutique Stay
helpful staff excellent service comfortable bed heated towel rack
I found the staff helpful. Kim were really good too assist with directions. She also helped with recommendations. The heated towel rack in the bathroom WAS a treat. The entire hotel felt very clean and well kept.
The lobby was quite small, I noticed. Accessing it with luggage proved a bit challenging due to the presence of stairs at the entrance.

The staff provided really good support with inquiries. They offered helpful directions. They gave useful recommendations. They readily assisted with luggage storage, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

The hotel's situation near the canal allows for scenic walks, it's true. Proximity to central areas enables easy exploration. Many attractions are within convenient walking distance. That location is certainly a plus.

The hotel features a bar area that was quite stylish. It looked like a nice spot for a drink. Luggage storage is available arriving early. The hotel offers breakfast, guests can order it the night before.

The room included a comfortable bed. Pillows of great quality were also included. The bathroom featured heated towel racks. Cleanliness was evident throughout the entire space. I WAS very pleased.

great location helpful staff lovely bar
the LOCATION was excellent. it was a short distance to many points of interest. the staff helped with directions. i liked the option for breakfast in the bar area. the bar area itself was lovely.
the internet signal was a bit weak on my floor, HARD to work.

the bar area served breakfast and drinks. it featured a classy look. the hotel included lift access, however stairs existed in some areas of the building. central station was within walking distance.
