cute staff spacious room spacious balcony old room missing paint no beach
The staff was fabulous, I felt welcomed. The room was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, it was also very spacious.
There is no nice beach in front of hotel despite what the map suggests. The hotel is also very dated, wood is worn, paint missing.

Really good Hotel and Service
private lounge professional staff
The in-room dining was really good, it was some of the finest I have ever experienced. Direct pool access from my room with a private lounge area balcony was pure bliss. The staff were kind AND professional, the music was great. Everything was spotlessly clean. I could not have asked for more.

The resort features modern, stylish decor. The beach is fine with sunset views offering a picturesque setting. The premises are impeccably clean maintaining a high standard of hygiene for all guests.

Staff members were consistently attentive AND helpful throughout my stay. On arrival, I wanted a pool bed overlooking the sea. They arranged one with no minimum spend. The staff brought drinks and food over quickly.

Breakfast was 10/10 offering both a menu to order from as well as a buffet. The buffet included many options. The fireshow is on two nights per week at the Escape restaurant.

Amazing food and great service are available here. The hotel managers are super caring and helpful with the guests. Food preparation was so good with diverse culinary choices, indeed.

Excellent Resort Stay
helpful staff consistent kindness great variety
the reception staff greeted me warmly they were very helpful and quickly changed my room when i asked the staff showed consistent kindness and were always pleasant i found the care of the staff evident in small details like adjusting the air conditioning and providing water. breakfasts included a great variety of items and they really cared about my comfort
the hotel is a bit far from the center each trip took about 45 minutes and cost 600 baht.

the staff was very attentive and helpful at all times they addressed any concerns i had quickly and efficiently ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for me during the visit.

the breakfast buffet included varied and tasty options the chefs used fresh local ingredients to prepare delicious meals i found several dishes to be flavorful and well-presented on multiple occasions.

my pool access suite included a spacious layout and modern decor it featured a comfortable king-size bed with soft linens the bathroom was clean and well kept equipped with quality toiletries.
