The location was acceptable.

The breakfast area lacked air conditioning, a major discomfort in the heat. The staff did NOT seem particularly enthusiastic about assisting guests during breakfast. I also found the food quality questionable. It seemed more suited for a budget accommodation.

i arrived early and the reception staff ensured i could access my room as soon as it was ready i spent time at the pool bar the bartender was very friendly. the breakfast offered a wide selection of foods with options changing daily. my room was kept clean with great housekeeping service each day i stayed there. i also made great use of the free shuttle offered twice a day to the beach.

the television had limited channel options compared to other hotels i've visited

the staff was very helpful with luggage and other needs they always had smiles they made my holiday special. the staff always looked happy to serve visitors. the hotel's service was excellent.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. rooms were spacious and well-kept. the beds were firm but provided good rest.

the pool area includes ample seating i enjoyed two for one cocktails offered daily at the pool bar. the pool was well kept. there is also a gym. the pool area had many loungers.

the staff showed really good helpfulness . kan and ya always greeted guests with smiles. nothing seemed too difficult for them to handle. i appreciated the chocolates they offered guests on valentine's day.

i found the hotel's fragrance quite strong throughout the building. i noticed some guests chose to smoke by the poolside. this could potentially bother families or non-smokers.

the breakfast included various bread options and danish pastries. i also noticed three thai dishes that changed daily. this offered a nice variety. the breakfast setup provided a good start to the day.
