i found some aspects disappointing. the air conditioning in my room was quite loud making it difficult to sleep comfortably. the placement of the safe was also inconvenient, it was located very low to the ground. this made it hard to access, especially since i have back problems.

the location was great to get to food and shops. it was not far from bangla road. my room was lovely and tidy. the pool was ideal.

the balcony i got was really small. there was no chairs as its that small. the view from there was terrible. i saw only metal roof.

i loved the pool, it reminded me of a wonderful dream. breakfast was excellent, a daily adventure. the rooms were immaculate, my sanctuary. the staff, especially noi, was a precious gem, always a helping hand when i need one.

the gym needed some love. it was bit old. i hope they update it.

The pool was great and clean. there was a bonus. A pool outside the room. breakfast had variety with food to choose from!

i arrived early and the reception staff ensured i could access my room as soon as it was ready i spent time at the pool bar the bartender was very friendly. the breakfast offered a wide selection of foods with options changing daily. my room was kept clean with great housekeeping service each day i stayed there. i also made great use of the free shuttle offered twice a day to the beach.

the television had limited channel options compared to other hotels i've visited

the staff showed really good helpfulness . kan and ya always greeted guests with smiles. nothing seemed too difficult for them to handle. i appreciated the chocolates they offered guests on valentine's day.

i found the hotel's fragrance quite strong throughout the building. i noticed some guests chose to smoke by the poolside. this could potentially bother families or non-smokers.
