Very nice Experience Amidst Nature
mountain view friendly staff delicious breakfast
Room 1501 offered a lovely view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to select from. The pool was big and clean, perfect after a long day.
I found the gym had limited equipment. There were no free weights available.

a serene sanctuary among lush greenery
thoughtful touches fine setting convenient location
the staff provided thoughtful touches during my honeymoon. the hotel provided a free shuttle, a great service. the setting is fine with views from the pool like a film. i loved the convenient location close to lovely quality restaurants.
the hotel did request me to check the room when checking out, unusual.

the cottages around the resort look good. i especially appreciated the bathrobes and shopper bag for poolside. i also liked the bath crystals slippers and flip flops.

the staff members were very friendly and polite. they were accommodating throughout my stay. the staff provided additional touches to the room as it was our honeymoon. their kindness enhanced the entire experience.

Very nice Stay Among Nature
fine gardens modern conveniences mountain backdrop
The cottages sit within fine gardens. The design is gorgeous. Bathrooms are particularly excellent. Cleanliness is a high priority, and modern conveniences are abundant. I appreciated the pool. It features a mountain backdrop and storybook gardens.
I found some minor inconveniences. For example, the limited alcohol availability affected my personal enjoyment.

The premises included a large pond where guests observed monitor lizards. A shuttle service operated every couple of hours to take guests to the local town. I found the traditional cottages tucked into the jungle to be very quiet.

Breakfast service occurred near the pond, and it included local items made from scratch, cooked to order. Dinner at the hotel featured equally good food options. Pineapple fried rice and smoothies were available at the pool. The smoothies were delicious!!!

The hotel offers a beautiful and natural setting away from the crowds. The surrounding greenery created a peaceful atmosphere. A nearby town has cafes, massage parlors and nail bars, about a 10-minute walk.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
poor drainage room inspection
the shower drainage was quite poor. i ended up standing in a puddle. at checkout, i was asked to inspect the room, a first for me.. usually, it is just keys, bill, and goodbye.

nice room quiet atmosphere clean environment bad drainage room inspection slow checkout
the room was very nice. it was also quiet. i found it quite clean, and the view was lovely. i appreciated the eco-conscious design.
The shower drainage was pretty bad. I ended up showering in a puddle. when checking out quickly, they asked me to check the room. it was the first time that happened to me. Normally i just hand over keys.
