a lovely experience!
really good breakfast clean room friendly host
The breakfast was really good, prepared with such care. It included homemade jam. our room was lovely and very clean. martin, the host, was friendly and helpful. He.
parking was difficult, i wish there was an easier solution arriving by car, though it was a busy weekend so that might explain it.

The room was comfortable with a king-sized bed and soft linens. It also had blackout curtains which ensured a good night's sleep. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels were provided daily, and all was kept super clean.

Breakfast was a highlight with various choices. It was cooked to order. i could eat a full english breakfast, and it set me up perfectly for the day, though i also enjoyed some fresh fruit.
Service

Martin was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. He ensured every guest felt welcomed. his communication was excellent. He addressed all needs promptly. he is a true gem, and his kindness shone through!

The location is central. Many restaurants and attractions are easily accessible. the guesthouse provides free wifi. it also was like a safe and secure place to stay. This added to the sense of relaxation. everything was perfect!

a good stay
delicious breakfast amazing host
I enjoyed the breakfast. It had plenty of choice. the room was lovely. It was very clean. i liked that our dog was allowed. martin was an amazing host.
House needs a declutter and modernising. So areas can be cleaned properly. i did not like the stairs. My fault. I should have booked a lower room.

acceptable stay with some drawbacks
cluttered house parking problem
the breakfast was tasty and plentiful, which i found quite satisfying .
The house felt cluttered and in need of some modernisation. It made proper cleaning seem difficult. i also struggled with parking. It was consistently a problem. the stairs were difficult too because i should have asked for a room on a lower floor.

variety choices victorian dining room
I found the location quite excellent. it is very close to the town centre and tourist attractions such as the tramways. martin welcomed us warmly and. breakfast offered a variety of choices and was cooked when ordered, so it tasted fresh. we enjoyed it in a victorian style dining room. It felt elegant.
The stairs were a slight issue. I should have booked a lower room.

Martin was very approachable. Breakfast was great and he made it perfect. The bed was comfy, I can attest to this.

The provided breakfast was good. I had a full English breakfast each morning. The location is near the town center. I also secured free parking on the street .
The hotel needs to be modernised. Some areas lacked proper cleanliness because of this. The stairs made access difficult. I should have booked a room on a lower floor.

Really good Hospitality and Comfort!
cute host comfortable bed amazing breakfast
Martin was such a cute host! He provided prompt responses through the app and in person. The bed in my room was really comfortable and the perfect size. The breakfast was great (especially the full English!).
Parking was a little difficult to find on the street outside.

The location is excellent, only a short walk to the town center and beach. Parking on the street is free if you are lucky enough to find a spot outside. The breakfast area features Victorian decor.

My Double Room had an abundance of tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout my room.

The guest house is located only two minutes walk to both the town and beach. It is near tourist attractions, such as the Tramways and the Cable Car station. This central location made exploring so easy.
