I was frustrated with the lack of attention to detail. The breakfast was a disaster. Tables were dirty and sticky. Basic items were missing, no water, coffee, plates, mugs, or cutlery. I had to ask for everything! It took ages to get simple things like toast.

The superior double room terrace was spacious with nice furniture! the extra large bed was very comfortable too. the shower had loads of good pressure hot water and a very large walk-in, low profile shower tray. the restaurant had an excellent breakfast. It included a good variety on the evening menu.
The room was right outside the reception! a light stayed on all night. It was hard to sleep as the curtains were not blackout curtains.

the room was clean and it had a modern bathroom.
The breakfast service was slow. It took an excessive amount of time to get simple items. staff shortages were apparent which impacted service quality. i think they could have managed the situation better.

The breakfast quality disappointed me. Scrambled eggs seemed undercooked. They sat in a watery puddle. The room decor lacked any distinctive character. I also noticed it was geared more toward business travelers. This created a sterile atmosphere that i DIDN'T appreciate.
