scaffolding noise price reduction
The food was really good and the staff were friendly and cleared plates quickly (I guess they were efficient!).
The scaffolding outside caused a lot of noise with hammering and the radio. I couldn't even get a lie-in. I think a reduction in price would have been appropriate.

My room included comfortable beds. There was also a good selection of drinks available in the bar. The gym offered sufficient equipment for a complete workout, and I found ample parking spaces upon arrival.
I noticed the restaurant felt quite busy during peak hours. Finding a quiet spot was somewhat difficult.

warm welcome efficient service heated pools
The staff provided a warm welcome and efficient service throughout my stay. The outdoor and indoor heated pools were a plus for the family. The hotel ensured a special experience with great facilities.
The front door desk was empty upon arrival, which caused some initial confusion in locating the main reception.

quiet hotel with customer service
ample parking polite staff continental breakfast
I spent a single night. the facilities included a gym, a pool, and ample parking. every staff member i spoke to was polite. I received proper customer service. i had continental breakfast. It was plentiful. there were many hot options also.
Security is lapse. the reception desk was empty when i walked into the entrance. the main reception is around the back. no one greeted me upon arrival. I had to find someone to ask for directions.
