the central location was acceptable. i found many bars and restaurants nearby.
My ground floor room had no view at all. The window was covered so there was no natural light. i immediately asked for another available room with a window, but i was told all rooms were covered like mine. i was offered only an upgrade. This was not possible either. waking up was difficult because it was always dark.

the helpful staff stood out! the rooftop pool offered a classy experience, and the air conditioning, comfy beds, and powerful showers added to the comfort. the complementary items in the room added a special touch to my stay.

the indoor pool is available ! the bistro serves cocktails and food with nice staff, and there is also a spa area offering deep tissue massages. breakfast is served in a fine setting on the twelfth floor.

the hotel benefits from being right next to most amenities! bus stops are conveniently near, and ubers are easy to get. many cafes surround the premises, and shops are also close for convenience.

my room included a balcony! daily cleaning services maintained a fresh environment, and amenities like shaving kits, vanity sets, and even combs were provided. an iron and ironing board were also available for use.

the staff was always friendly and helpful. the hotel is close to many restaurants, bars, and shops, yet maintains enough distance for relaxation. i liked that the rooms were very clean and the facilities were modern.
i found that the pool had children during swimming lessons. it wasn't ideal as i booked an adults-only hotel to relax.

i felt a bit disappointed. the corridors music was loud. it made sleep difficult. the air conditioning was to cold for me. i could not adjust it easily.
