Baker street station is a short walk from the premises. Early check-in was available and very smooth. The staff were cute. The air conditioning worked EFFECTIVELY.
My room did appear a little outdated.

I appreciated the convenient location. baker street station was within easy reach. It made getting around simple. nearby, i discovered several restaurants and shops on marylebone high street. the hotel's location really enhanced my visit.
The floor in my room felt not so clean, especially in the bathroom. i noticed some hair perhaps from previous guests. this detail detracted a bit from the otherwise pleasant experience. I hope they address it.

The location was excellent. It was a short walk to many restaurants and a tube station. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked pretty well. The staff was also very helpful and efficient (always a plus!). I was able to leave my luggage after checking out.
The room felt a little outdated. the windows were very dirty. I appreciate that it is a city, but it was so dirty that i could not see out of them (it's a shame, really). I think that the hotel could benefit from some updates and better window cleaning.

the staff was helpful and efficient. a short walk to baker street tube station proved very convenient. i was able to leave my luggage after checking out.
I found no information regarding the hotel or the room. the only notice covered escaping fire. the aircon rattled noisily throughout the night. We only stayed one night after my husband had been discharged from hospital.
