i found the staff was helpful with directions. my room had music for when i visited the restroom. the location had a supermarket nearby, a detail i found useful.

the hotel's location was excellent, i found many restaurants and shops very close. i really enjoyed the storage in the room, it has load. breakfast was excellent for me.
the hotel didn't provide hair conditioner, i had to buy one.

convenient location helpful concierge early check-in
The location was quite convenient. I found many dining options nearby. Laura, the concierge, gave helpful directions and suggestions. I was able to check in early after my long travel day, which I appreciated a lot.
The hallway lighting was a bit dim, and I found the light switches in the room confusing at first.

the staff provided really good service, they were always ready to assist. the rooftop bar offered beautiful views and great cocktails. my room was modern with comfortable furnishings. the breakfast buffet featured fresh options.
the hallway lighting was quite dim, which sometimes made it difficult to navigate, especially at night. i feel brighter lighting would improve the overall ambiance.
