excellent Stay Experience
free minibar convenient station excellent transport
the room featured a complimentary minibar that was restocked daily. i appreciated the 24-hour tea and coffee station in the reception area.. it was very convenient. transport links were excellent, with a tram stop located right outside the hotel.
the fitness center equipment seemed a bit outdated.

slow response english proficiency
the breakfast had a pretty descent selection of items.
the hotel interior didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. the room conditioning had issues, and staff response was not quick. there were also challenges with the english proficiency of the receptionist.

convenient stop with great service
helpful staff good breakfast convenient location
I liked the helpful staff who assisted with directions. breakfast was diverse with many choices. the lobby's complimentary coffee and tea were convenient i also found a tram station nearby. This made getting to the central train station easy.

fresh baked goods attentive staff
The breakfast included traditional sausages. Fresh baked goods were available. I found the live egg counter particularly convenient. The staff was attentive.
Access was a little complicated. I had to wait outside when my son took a shower since the showers are transparent.
