The breakfast buffet was excellent. It had very tasty croissants.
The room cleaning quality was substandard. It did not meet my standards. Coffee and tea supplies were not refilled. This was not acceptable for a multi-day stay. I also found the bed uncomfortable. I expected better from this hotel.

The location proved excellent being right in the city center I appreciated its proximity to an underground station. Breakfast had a very good selection of food and drinks. The staff provided helpful and friendly service.
The room key got misplaced by the cleaner and one slipper was missing. This happened even with a "Please do not disturb" sign outside the door. I hope there are stricter procedures for safeguarding guest security with room keys.

The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of options ensuring everyone found something appealing I found the dining area clean and well-organized. The staff maintained a good supply of fresh items throughout the breakfast hours.

the location provided a beautiful setting to my days. a bus stop was just outside, i found this convenient. breakfast options displayed a lovely variety, they certainly were amazing.
the room key was once taken by the cleaner without my knowledge.
