A Decent Stay, With a Few Drawbacks
good location necessary amenities inattentive check-in struggling lifts
The location offered proximity to transportation. Metro and bus stops were not far away. My room was clean and it had all necessary amenities.
Check-in lacked attentiveness. The receptionist didn't mention using the room card for the lift. Lifts seemed to struggle with the amount of guests. I did have to wait each time I used them.

great location amazing breakfast bus station poor cleaning uncomfortable bed no coffee refill
the location was really good. the bus station was right outside. the breakfast options were amazing (especially the pastries!).
cleaning quality was poor, a shame. coffee and tea were not refilled . the bed was uncomfortable. (i tossed and turned).

the room was spacious. the bus stop was right in front. i appreciated being within walking distance of the museums. but the landmarks were great too!

substandard cleaning uncomfortable bed
The breakfast buffet was excellent. It had very tasty croissants.
The room cleaning quality was substandard. It did not meet my standards. Coffee and tea supplies were not refilled. This was not acceptable for a multi-day stay. I also found the bed uncomfortable. I expected better from this hotel.

Central Location with Great Breakfast
central location good breakfast
The location proved excellent being right in the city center I appreciated its proximity to an underground station. Breakfast had a very good selection of food and drinks. The staff provided helpful and friendly service.
The room key got misplaced by the cleaner and one slipper was missing. This happened even with a "Please do not disturb" sign outside the door. I hope there are stricter procedures for safeguarding guest security with room keys.

The breakfast buffet included a wide assortment of options ensuring everyone found something appealing I found the dining area clean and well-organized. The staff maintained a good supply of fresh items throughout the breakfast hours.

The hotel included a fitness center equipped with cardio machines and weights. There was also a business center available needing to work. Lifts were available for access to all floors.

The front desk staff was always ready to assist with directions and information. Housekeeping ensured the rooms were cleaned daily.
