Really good Stay, Highly Recommended!

The room had ample space, this included a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast selection provided many options, it catered well to varied dietary needs. I found the location quite convenient to travel around, especially with shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The staff acted very friendly and helpful .
The shower in my room drained slowly. I needed to keep the water pressure low to avoid overflow. I notified the front desk. the issue persisted throughout my stay.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and Potsdamer Platz. Many dining options and shopping malls can be reached with a short walk. I noticed it made traveling around the city easy and efficient.

limited air conditioningoutdated shower
the air conditioning system looked limited it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature i found this inconvenient. the television was oddly placed it made viewing from the bed difficult a better location would help. i think the bathroom needed some updating the bathtub shower felt a little outdated

limited selectionair conditioning
the air conditioning was a problem. it seemed to be set to some kind of energy-saving mode (i suspect). i couldn't get the room cool enough at night and struggled to sleep. also, i found the breakfast selection somewhat limited. i was expecting more variety for the price (it was rather costly).

the breakfast buffet was excellent, it had a wide variety of choices. the central location was very good. the hotel was next to a u-bahn station, that was very convenient.

The location was convenient. The U-bahn station was close. It took one minute to walk there. The hotel facilities were good and modern. Very neat place. Breakfast had many choices. Juices were plentiful. The staff was enthusiastic. Joel was friendly. He helped us check in quickly. Abdullah came to our room quickly and helped us clean. He brought new sheets. We are grateful for the help.
The sauna was small. There were children there. It was uncomfortable. The bartender was rude. The air conditioning did not work. Warm air was blowing into the room at night. It was very noisy, so I did not sleep good.
