The staff was great and always ready to assist. The location is ideal for exploring. Free laundry was very useful. I washed all my clothes before heading home. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, this makes it easy to find a place for dinner.
The breakfast service was slow! I waited a long time for my order. The cleaning schedule could be more frequent. Once a week is not enough. The bed was uncomfortable. I could not sleep well.

I appreciated the room decor. I also enjoyed the size of the bathroom, it felt LARGE. The kitchen included all accessories one can use daily (i cooked almost everyday!).

the staff were super friendly. i arrived early and my room was available right away. the hotel provided vouchers for the cafe, so i could get a drink.
the beds weren't comfortable to lay on, even though the mattress was thick. the pillows were basically flat, so there was little to lay on. i found that the air-conditioning worked too well. it was too cold in my apartment and i was unable to adjust it.

The room had a functional kitchenette, it included tea and coffee. The gym contained two Peloton bikes. Staff members were helpful and responsive whenever I asked for something. They provided quick assistance.
The apartment seemed clean initially. I later discovered fleas inside my suitcases. I only opened the suitcases inside the apartment, so they must have come from there. This is unacceptable, and I will not return

A solid selection of food and drinks is available. I imagine the riverside terrace is especially nice in the summer. The hotel provided nice coffee, a thoughtful touch.

The location is quite good, with the train station less than ten minutes away. Direct train service is available to the airport from that station. The hotel sits right at the East Side Gallery.

The rooms are designed beautifully. They were also very clean. i also liked that the service was excellent. the team was very cute and professional.
The beds were not comfortable, even though the mattress seemed thick. the pillows were flat and offered little support. also, the air conditioning was too effective. It made the apartment too cold, and there was no way to heat the space without opening the balcony door.
