The beautiful double or twin room was well-appointed. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel breakfast buffet offered excellent choices. all staff i encountered throughout the hotel proved great and helpful. i used the gym. The spa area was good.

My visit was really good. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward and quick. I REALLY liked that. The staff was very cute and always ready to help with any questions. Our room offered modern amenities and maintained high cleanliness, something I value greatly.
The pillows felt too SOFT, but that's a minor thing.

The hotel is very close to train stations, A GREAT convenience. It is also near multiple shopping options, so retail is easily accessible. The proximity to transport links makes it very easy to get around.

the hotel location proved convenient , with easy access to nearby attractions.
i faced several issues . the air conditioning barely worked . additionally , the promised city views from my window were nonexistent as i had view of a brick wall , which was very disappointing, city view.

the buffet breakfast offered a very good selection. staff members were friendly at reception and helpful. the location was convenient for my week at ifa, as it was close to several events.
i tried to order room service during the advertised times, though i was told the service was not available. i had to resort to the overpriced snacks in the room fridge as a result. the door to the bathroom in the room wasn't very private.
