beam and benz provided a warm welcome. the hotel rooms offer good value. natty fynn helped us check in early after our flight. she even assisted with our delayed luggage (i really appreciated that personal touch). the location is very convenient.
the shower area lacked shower gel upon arrival. it took some time for someone to bring it to our room. a single person handles such requests, so there can be delays.
