the room included toiletries i needed the bed seemed like a cloud. staff members were very friendly i was able to communicate well with them. location was convenient to main street with scenery and shops around.
the parking garage next door cost extra for daily use. i noticed no closet or shelves were available in the room to store clothes. the window could only tilt slightly but not fully open.

The location was fantastic, a grocery store was just across the street! Market square was only a ten minute walk. I loved the free water fountains, which saved money on bottled water. Black out curtains were a godsend!
The air conditioning was nice, but it could have been more powerful, especially since it was very hot .

The room was bright and very clean with plenty of storage space. It had USB port chargers, a full length mirror. a mini fridge. The room also featured black out curtains. This helped a lot.

Reception staff was very helpful . The front desk was open 24 hours, very helpful due to my late arrival. Staff were very lovely and attentive . I also liked the free drinking water.

The hotel's location was perfect and within walking distance to main attractions. The hotel is close to the train station and the market square. A grocery store is located right across the street from the hotel. This made things very simple.

Breakfast was very good. The food was fresh and constantly replenished. There were hot food options available too. The bar staff were also attentive. There are many eateries located nearby the hotel. These include a pizza chain.

The hotel location is perfect. it is within 5 minutes to shops and restaurants. the rooms are clean. the staff was so friendly upon arrival, the kids even got a special gift. we used the bar and restaurant. Both food, drinks, and wait staff are amazing

Excellent Stay in Central Location

My room was very clean and tidy I slept soundly. I received a complimentary toy for my baby at check in which I thought was thoughtful. Everything in the room was fully functional I had no issues. I found the staff friendly and approachable.
The floors in the toilet room looked not to have been cleaned properly there were some hairs around the base of the toilet
