the heat worked well and the desk space was useful.
the toilet did not flush properly. this problem was present in both rooms i rented. staff didn't fix the issue even after i told them about it. there was no liquid hand soap available, only a small bar of soap for three people.

the car park provided plenty of space. the gate secured the area after midnight. the reception operated 24/7 and proved helpful because my ferry arrived late. the staff was multilingual and accommodating.
the breakfast was a bit limited.
