the location was central to everything. the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the room to be spacious and clean.
the hotel entrance was not clearly marked. signage was really poor. the hotel car park was full upon arrival.

the staff was helpful in fixing the internet connection, and i appreciated that.
the sun shone very strongly into my room in the late afternoon i had to close the curtains. the air conditioning did not seem to work properly i felt unsure if it was on. i wish there were better instructions on what to do if an earthquake happened.
