the location is great near bus and tram stops. breakfast offered many options including a free transit pass. the shopping mall across the street provides food court options for families.
air conditioning was not adjustable so the room was too cold. i was not able to open the windows. kitchen facilities were minimal with no bowls or cutlery available.

The hotel is very close to the airport, ideal for my departure. I easily accessed a nearby shopping center. It had coffee shops and a supermarket. I appreciated the available luggage room for storing bags before my room was ready.
The breakfast options seemed limited. I found the parking garage difficult to access with a larger vehicle. The room felt quite warm, even with the air conditioning running.

the hotel sits opposite a shopping center, very convenient. i received complimentary bus tickets, simplifying my trips to and from the airport using bus number 10. this bus stop is right outside the airport exit and across from the hotel near balexert mall.
i found that the air conditioning system was difficult to adjust. the room ended up being too cold, and i could not open the windows for fresh air.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Staff was especially kind and helpful. They even sent a package with some items we had forgotten! I really appreciated this help.
The parking was too expensive. It should be included in the price of the hotel! this was a significant inconvenience.
