Excellent Location and Accommodating Staff!

The hotel's location near the Metro 13 station and a tram stop was convenient. I found many restaurants up the street. They open after a short break. The area felt safe, and I saw a street market on Thursdays and Mondays selling various goods. The breakfast had a wide variety. Kids even eat free. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating.
I found that the shared ironing room made it a bit awkward as I had to iron while someone waited.

The room was a Superior Queen Suite Sofa. The toilet was separate from the bathroom, which I appreciated. This arrangement allowed for greater convenience for families needing simultaneous access. The overall size was ample, accommodating a family comfortably.

the breakfast offered many options, i found comfy beds in the room. the room was also quite. the metro station is right in front of the hotel, SO travel was simple.
the ac required manual activation for each use, inconvenient. i wish the ac could maintain a consistent temperature without needing constant adjustments.

the hotel room included a small kitchenette complete with a coffeemaker. tea was also available. a refrigerator and microwave completed the amenities. the bathroom featured both a tub and a separate shower stall.

metro line 13 is nearby. a tram stops directly outside the hotel. the surrounding area includes many restaurants, though some close briefly in the afternoon. monday and thursday feature a street market selling various goods.

The location is AMAZING near public transport. The metro station is very close. The staff were warm and helpful during check-in. They also provided restaurant recommendations.
The air conditioning was not very effective. I had to request items like a toothbrush from reception. The hotel offers a shared iron, I was ironing while another guest waited.

The staff was friendly and got me into my room earlier. They were so helpful. They also held my luggage while I got some food. The staff were excellent.
The high price did not correspond to the level of service. My triple room only had two cups. They were dirty from previous guests. The shower was clogged and drained poorly.
