The restaurant breakfast hours proved inconvenient. They ended too early. My bathroom mirror also had noticeable spots. I expected better cleanliness, especially considering the hotel's reputation. I also found the television setup quite bothersome. Every time I turned it on, I had to navigate menus to find regular channels.

I appreciated the short walk to the international airport terminal early in the morning. A shuttle is available at other times. I was informed at check in about accommodation packages with long term parking. The on-site cafe was convenient. I could eat upon arrival. Cafe staff were amiable.
Housekeeping started a room changeover at 10 pm next door. They shouted and vacuumed the room. It felt late when I had an early flight.

long transfercursing driver
i felt really let down by the airport transfer. it took ages to get from the airport to the hotel. you should tell people that the shuttle might need 40 minutes. it surprised me when i saw where it was on the map. after my long flight, it annoyed me. also, the driver was angry for 8 minutes about sydney drivers and cursed. then he stopped for petrol. it would be better if you had your own shuttle. people would pay for it. i won't stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. I found the room to be a good size for my short stay. The provided toiletries were of good quality. All staff members I encountered were helpful and friendly. the shuttle service made my airport transfers easy.
The air quality inside the hotel was not the best. This is something I hope they address soon.
