The hotel offers easy access to public transport. I found getting around town simple. The room size worked well and included all essential amenities. The overnight stay was exactly what I needed.
The air conditioning fan rattled during the night. I requested a room change at 12:30 AM so I could sleep. Additional traffic noise came through the windows.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was near a train station. staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel room was clean.
I ordered room service for beer, which took nearly 50 minutes to arrive. unfortunately, the wrong beers were delivered. I received two non-alcoholic beers instead of what i ordered. additionally, i noticed that the toilet seat cover in the bathroom was stained with a yellowish liquid. This is unhygienic.

The location is very convenient near the train and light rail stations. The room was large. It accommodated a sofa, an armchair, and a king size bed. It was easy to open suitcases, too! The iron and ironing board are high quality.
The parking was advertised at a set price. It was difficult to fit anything larger than a small SUV there? There was no safe place to pull over outside the hotel to unload luggage. There also was no concierge to help. The bathroom was small and outdated.
