inconsistent service. left a sour taste.
slow check-in cold food
The check-in process WAS SLOW. i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time! for assistance. the lack of attentiveness at the front desk was disappointing, especially for a hotel of THIS caliber. and the room service menu was limited. it took ages for my order to arrive, and when it did, the food was cold. i EXPECTED better.

easy access helpful staff good location annoying charges
show at lyril theatre was easy to reach. getting around was easy. staff always help and show respect. location good for casino trips. it also suited meeting friends.

staff was warm and cute. they paid attention to every detail. the atmosphere in the lobby felt luxurious. they store luggage until the room becomes ready.

out of order bike embarrassing breakfast
The gym had two treadmills and two bikes. One bike was out of order. The gym lacked a bench for dumbbell use. Paying for breakfast became an issue because staff insisted I did not. This was embarrassing.
