I must say, I was quite frustrated with a couple of aspects . The absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a real letdown. I needed that morning caffeine fix, and it wasn't there! the gym equipment was quite dated. It needs an upgrade badly.

The location is great, close to public transit. the hotel bar has a good menu. the restaurant staff were friendly. i found my room very clean. The breakfast was also satisfying. the staff were kind and helpful, especially at the front desk.

The staff offered a nice welcome at reception upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious with various choices. The team of employees really care about the guests.
I found the air conditioning useless. I couldn't open my window. the bar was great though and open until midnight with a variety of beers.
