Alice at reception was so helpful. She showed us the best routes. The hotel boasts a gym I used daily. Breakfast offered many buffet options, a lovely start to each day.
The check-in line lacked clear order, which caused a slight delay.

The hotel is across the road from the tram station and within close walking distance to the train station. the restaurant food was excellent. It was AMAZING!!! there was also space for children to play outdoors.
The wifi access was difficult to manage. I was only allowed 3 devices per code.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and was definitely a highlight. The reception staff provided great information. They were helpful and worked to. The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transport..
The room service was slow. This caused delays when I needed something quickly. Better organization might solve this issue.

the hotel is close to the rail station. it is a five minute walk. the area around the hotel safe area. the pool was available, though the water was a bit cool.

the breakfast buffet offered a vast spread. the front desk staff were quick to assist me. i found the proximity to tram lines very convenient. the hotel ensured my bags were looked after securely after i checked out.
