underwhelming experience with several issues

no air conditioningdifficult check-in

The room was way too hot. There's no air conditioning. a fan was available, but it barely helped. i had a tough time sleeping. the check-in process was confusing. there was no one at reception to help. it took way too long to figure things out. the lack of ac and difficult check-in really affected my stay.
