the location proved quite advantageous. the staff were helpful and friendly. the room included a fridge and safe, and this was very useful.
the bathroom lacked privacy because of the glass walls. this was a problem as the door had a swing hinge. ventilation was also ineffective in the bathroom.

The room had a super terrace. That was a great feature. The location gave excellent access to major sites. Breakfast included a good selection of fresh fruit each morning.

The hotel is very close to many attractions. It is also near metro, bus and taxi stops. This helped me travel to various locations. The room had comfort. The breakfast had good options.
I noticed some markings on the walls in my room. A white foam sponge could fix them.

The front desk staff showed friendliness and provided efficient assistance. They offered great support during check-in, and answered all my questions well. The staff were excellent all round.
