the staff was friendly and cute, so that was acceptable.
The bedroom lighting was insufficient. it was difficult to read after dark. breakfast was also disappointing. We were not offered rolls or bread, nor were preserves or butter available.

the food was good. the parking was ample.
The bedroom door had a fault. staff had to open it for me twice. a simple lubricant application could have solved the issue. similarly, the bathroom door lock needed attention. It was easy to lock from the inside, but difficult to open, this could be dangerous in an emergency.

low ceilingmosquito bites
I found a couple of issues . the bathroom design felt strange. I noticed there wasn't a mirror, and the ceiling was quite low. also, the room was very warm, and i got several bites, maybe from mosquitoes. i was not pleased with these aspects.

The Rabbit suite was spacious. The bed was comfy with quality bedding. The staff provided milk alternatives and extra tea, nothing seemed to much for them.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. there was lots of parking available and a nice wine shop onsite.
the cleanliness has certainly deteriorated. i saw lots of dust under the bed area etc. the menu seemed limited. the mains were expensive but the quality was not good.

the room was spacious (it had a nice sitting area). fresh milk was available for tea and coffee. the restaurant offered tasty food and some creative options for non-meat eaters.
the patio heaters were not turned on outside, so it was a bit cold.
