Convenient Location and Rooftop Dining

The hotel is centrally located near the esplanade. The rooftop restaurant provided very good food and drinks, along with an amazing view. The staff was always smiling and attentive. They even gave me Tim Tams when I checked out.
The receptionist I encountered upon arrival seemed quite rude. I found this interaction disappointing after a long day.

the location was central. it was close to restaurants. the rooftop bar provided a wonderful view. thousands of bats flew by for a daily show at 5 pm, it was very cool.
the receptionist was quite rude. i had to ask for a teaspoon. it seemed it was a huge inconvenience. i booked from sunday to friday, but my room had not been cleaned when i returned on monday. i was told i don't get daily housekeeping for a week's stay.

the room was super clean. the hotel provided early breakfast options. strategic locations enhanced my overall stay. i appreciated the convenience after my stay, as i could stay in the open balcony area while waiting for my flight.
i noticed many people smoking near the main entrance next to the mcdonald's. this situation wasn't ideal.

the hotel is centrally located. lots of shops, art galleries, and eateries surround it. there is a swimming lagoon nearby, too. the hotel provides easy access to many attractions in the surrounding area.
