Amazing Experience!

superb location comfortable bed

The location is superb. It allows very easy walking to the pier and waterfront. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious meal. The food was AMAZING!!! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept wonderfully.

The shower was over a small bath, and accessing it around the glass panel proved quite difficult. On-site parking was also limited and came at an extra cost. This was a little disappointing.

The front desk staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Giulia gave excellent service, and her recommendations were spot on. Staff answered all my questions. The service was top notch!!!

musky smell no balcony

the location was good near the esplanade and shops.

The room i booked had no balcony though it was supposed to have one. staff did not seem interested in my concerns about the room. the room also had a strange musky smell. It was quite unpleasant

i stayed five nights. the room was large and included a seating area with a coffee maker. self-serve laundry was available on every other floor for twelve australian dollars.

the location was convenient! close to restaurants, shops, and transportation options, it was easy to get around. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, i rested well after exploring. i appreciated the helpful staff, they assisted with directions and provided prompt service.
