The hotel is near central station. sydney brewery is on site offering good food. the buffet breakfast included many options. the elevators were plentiful. I never waited long.
i noticed the tv screen sharing function did not work properly. the front desk mentioned this issue was common. the representative suggested i watch free channels. netflix and other apps were unavailable.

Excellent Location and Amenities

I had a very comfortable king-size bed and enjoyed the lounge area for relaxation. The shower was AMAZING!!! It had a huge shower head, and I took a very long, hot one. The pool and spa were great, as was the on-site dining. The staff was polite and very helpful.
I found the housekeeping standards to be inconsistent . The room keepers did not always replenish bath mats, towels, coffee, or tea, a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a king-size bed and a separate lounge area. The bathroom included a large shower head that provided a relaxing shower experience. This was especially appreciated after a long day.

convenient location and helpful staff

The hotel offered early check-in. My room was ready upon arrival. i was also granted a late check-out until 12pm and access to the guest lounge for work before my flight. the location is very close to central station.
the air conditioning seemed to struggle, the room felt stuffy. it was hard to get into the carpark because of parked cars blocking entry. this happened every time i needed to enter the carpark.
