The location proved convenient. Pitt Street was a short distance away. My room had a comfortable bed, with things kept very clean . I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful.

EXCELLENT Hotel Experience

perfect locationfriendly staffsound barrier
The location proved to be advantageous. I found many interesting places within walking distance, including various shopping malls and restaurants. I also appreciated the proximity to subway lines. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The room's sound barrier needs improvement. I could clearly hear noise from an adjacent room, including sounds of the sun shade being operated. This disturbance impacted the overall tranquility of my stay.

The location was convenient and provided easy access to many places.
The room showed signs of wear. The shower door was defective, it did not close correctly allowing water to spill. This was inconvenient and something housekeeping should addressed.

Check-in was easy with pleasant staff available. The location worked well because of close proximity to the train station. I found a great chocolate shop for breakfast in a nearby laneway.
The sound barrier in my room was not great. I could hear noise from the adjacent room sometimes.

The hotel is near the main station. It was a useful location.
The room looked old and not cared for, which i found disappointing. my room also lacked basic amenities. There wasn't even a notepad with a pen. i think they could improve the storage space in the wardrobe, as the ironing board took up too much room.
