The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! I found many gluten-free options. The location is handy. The train station is REALLY close to the building.

i found some issues . the train noise was persistent throughout the night. it sounded like the trains were running right under my room, difficult to sleep. the staff at the front desk seemed a bit indifferent upon arrival, not very cute really.

excellent location with amazing views
great location ample pillows
The hotel is very close to the train station. It is only 300m away. there are local shops nearby to purchase food and drinks. i found it quite easy to walk over the bridge from here. the amazing views really lived up to the name. the plush king bed had ample pillows.
the television did not work and i contacted the hotel. there were issues with the television which was a drawback.

the room overlooked the harbour bridge and had a good view. the room was clean everyday and had all the amenities needed for my stay it included a safe and a refrigerator.

i found all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. they were accomodating and responsive to requests. the check in process was easy and efficient and communications with the staff were clear.

decent location with slight issues
top floor great views plentiful breakfast good breakfast faulty air conditioning hot sleep poor draining inconvenient sink
i stayed in the harbour bridge king room and it had great views. i requested a high floor and was given a room on the top floor. the buffet breakfast was good and plentiful one morning.
the sink in the room was not draining properly, it was a bit inconvenient. the air conditioning was not working correctly, so it was too hot to sleep, it made it hard to rest.

decent location, but with issues
train noise sleepless night
the location was handy because its close to things.
i was really let down by a few things. the trains was quite loud. it reminded me of they ran right under the building. the noise kept me awake.

Excellent Hotel with Landmark Views
convenient location comfortable bed clean room convenient parking
The hotel has a convenient location next to a train station. This makes it easy to get around the city. I found the bed super comfortable and the room very clean. Parking was convenient, so I had no issues with transportation (a big plus in a busy city).
The trains travel directly under the hotel and there was a loud rumbling noise during the night.

The restaurant and bar were enjoyable. I especially liked the cocktails (kudos to the bartender!). The room service breakfast was amazing with views of the bridge.

The room had a big smart TV. I did not bother asking for assistance with it during my short stay. The room also includes standard amenities, such as a mini-fridge and coffee maker.

The hotel is near parks and a bay. It is close to public transport and a shopping center. I walked to the nearby parks and appreciated the proximity to the bay.
